Shipping policy
Most orders will need to be made by George, as we do not keep a large amount of stock. This entails hand dyeing, cutting, embossing, lacquering and sewing. Rain affects the lacquering process so if we have rainy weather it will increase the manufacturing time.
George will do everything he can to get your order out as quickly as possible.
At Highland Leather we use Australia Post prepaid satchels, which include tracking information.
Everything is shipped from Woodford, Queensland, Australia 4514.
Shipping times are calculated once the order has been posted not once the order has been placed.

Domestic Delivery delays

There are delivery delays in the Australia Post network due to:
- reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights
- a significant increase in parcels volumes
- hygiene and social distancing requirements in our network
Service delays to and from many countries

We're experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. We're working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible.
We've suspended our “Economy Air” international delivery service for parcels to all countries, territories and regions effective 3 April and until further notice.
Currently there are known delivery service delays to and from many countries, territories and regions.

Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
Sending interstate:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
