We use only Full Grain Leather
We can only make up to size 48" but please contact me if a larger size is required as longer hides are harder to get
All these Belts are individually Hand Dyed & sealed. They are individually embossed so patterns will vary when made from one to another. They are stiff to start but will soften with use.
We hand cut every belt using full grain double shoulder cowhide sourced world wide for quality. All belts are beveled and all edges are sealed.
All our belts are press studded so that the buckle can be easily changed to fit custom buckles. Our buckles are solid brass in shiny brass finish or nickel plated solid brass. We also have the roller buckles in solid steel.
The thickness of the leather is 3.6mm but may vary between 3.2mm-3.6mm .
Sizing: We custom size all our belts. Your belt size is not your waist or pant size, as it needs to include the clothing and comfort. The best way to work out your size is to measure a belt that currently fits you. Measure from the hole you use to where the leather folds over the buckle. Alternatively you can thread a tape measure through the belt loops on your pants while wearing them and measure.
We make all our belts with a run of 7 holes and we space the holes approximately 1” apart.
